PLEASE NOTE: FOR EVERY CLIENT I CHARGE A RETAINER FEE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE JOB and then an hourly fee thereafter.  I will supply you with a paid invoice upon receipt of retainer check. (no exceptions)

For every client I sign an agreement sheet stating hours, days and rate I will work for each project 1) on your biz site, 2) in my office site. These are the two agreement letters I have for clients and every engagement contract has amendments to them as the job scope changes over time. 

I submit my invoice to you on a weekly basis and expect to be paid "due upon receipt". 

I can work 2 to 3 days per week for any one client and I will sign a W9 form for your freelancer files. I have my own company and am a sole proprietor and am NOT your employee. Please don't treat me as such. People hire me to help them with bookkeeping which is a skill and a learned trade. 

Along with my full-charge bookkeeping duties, I can also organize your hard files copy and work with your office manager or perform office manager duties for your company myself. Payment differs upon scope of duties.
